Finally finished 'D. Gray Man' - It was worth watching?

D. Gray Man has 103 episodes and it took me about 4 months to watch it. It hasn't drew me in. Some of the episodes were boring. I was into the anime after the 60th episode (it got really interesting at that point XD) Even I got tears in my eyes while watching some last episodes! The reason that I watched this anime was the characters. Mostly, one particular character which is Lavi :D

 Ending is quite good but they should continue anime. One thing that the authors could had done is to tell more about Lavi and Kanda. Overall it was worth watching till the end!
